Pose, exposure and composition are greats (for me, but I'm not photographer), but if it's not intentional, the eyes seem too big, the nose and maybe even freckles look not really natural.
I suppose that was to transform the model into an elf. But I must notified it because many people make that involuntary deformation due to the habits of instagram filters.
So if it's wanted, do not pay attention to this remark it's well done and it remains rather discreet.
The green background at the top right doesn't really seem to be done by a camera either and finally stands out. Keeping this effect only towards the edges of the hood and applying some gaussian blur on the farther parts would have a better rendering in my opinion.
I precise, that I don't know how to rate "Vision", because I don't really know what it means.
