Absolutely beautiful lighting on her neck and jaw, her skin looks incredible and you've captured so much detail, right down to the tiny hair follicles on her shoulder and cheek. I would have liked to have seen her face in more light to bring out the shine and soul in her eyes and the lusciously colourful expression on her lips; it would have given the whole image a POP of vibrancy whilst maintaining it's mystical ambience, that has been created with such a dark and moody BG, that I think it needs.
Having been a follower of your work for some time now I believe you have a very distinctive style and that all of your photographs portray one very strong thought at their centre while a serious of other elements enshroud this key point, strengthening it and making the viewer engage with the subject as if no other exists.
I am a huge fan of contemporary dance and this piece in particular strikes me with similarities of emotive dance. Even as a still image it flows prettily across the page, inspiring the viewer to imagine her next steps that force her body to twist into such delightful poses. In my mind you have created a vision of a frozen ballerina, so graceful and elegant, I find myself questioning what she might be feeling and thinking.
Your work never fails to make me open my eyes and really take in what is in front of me. I hope you continue to work alongside such talented models and MUA's to create truly stunning photography.
