The upward reach of her hair, blazing with life as it is, coupled with what I see a determined expression, or one verging on anger, sells the image for me. It offers the sensation of an otherworldly power, too, which gives it a cool factor. Very nice.

I can't Critique because I'm not Sub'd.

Flex, I usually love your work.
This shot excels in many ways: the lighting dos great things for the blacks (clothes), face, and hair.
I also like the left-right symmetry of "hair-up"/cement-seams-down.
But.
I don't "know what to look at." The model? Not pretty. The piercings? Distracting. The hair? Well, yes, it *has* to be the dominant element--despite all the top-side "white space"--because Red is Red.
But the image raises questions--still along the line of "what/why?" What is she looking at? We don't see it, and her expression is so bland there is nothing to redeem her humanity/ Why is her hair flying up? Unnatural, glaringly contrived. "Couldn't happen."
"Why do I want to look at her?" I don't, I can't--because I don't understand her, or what's going on, or what she might be thinking.
Yes, I'm being critical, but this is an ernest attempt at a no-holds-barred critique.
I take one last look at it before stopping writing, and I see a "redeeming" take on it: That same "blandness" could be construed as Mystery: She knows, we don't; she knows where to look--we know not at what she looks; and whatever her attention is focussed upon, it's "up there," unknown, above, and thus the movement of her hair visually supports that overall sense of "up-there," "out-of-frame," unknowable.
LOVE LOVE LOVE and keep shooting!
