Very cool! I would suggest photoshopping this picture so the model is perfectly symmetrical on both sides. This would give her even more of a subhuman "robot" look. I would also suggest having the model put her arms down by her sides because it almost looks as if she tried to take this picture herself. These are just suggestions, you've done a fantastic job.
