I think the picture would have gained from rabies' foaming tendency, which I assume is where the white stuff is supposed to come from, causing a provocative image. That might detract from the viewer getting liquids mixed up, but it seems lazy to have only the name pointing in the direction of the cause of the white stuff on the topless woman, but it's not as if it looks like spit either.

So let's just also say she's a nonhuman lady and has magical rabies froth that doesn't look need to look like reality would warrant. I agree on the eyes, of course.. I just don't think this level of excuse making is really what the artist was going for.
