I like the idea of Pinkie having two contrasting personalities. I'm not sure of the "rules" with poison joke, but I think Flick would be really chipper or something. I thought also how ironically that two personalities match the opposite for Flick and Pinkie. Not multiple personality. Severe depression stemming from a decidedly austere childhood (seriously... so apparently they hunted for presents each year and never found them, and ate rock soup because reasons) severe co dependency issues with auditory hallucinations and possibly other senses joining in. Of course, Pinkie realizes they aren't real, for her its more like she's conversing with herself through another mouth piece, severe issues with boundaries and even maintaining her own finances.... Pinkie, high functioning though she is, is what most of the mentally ill are in truth.
A danger to themselves more then others.
Personally, I enjoy one fic where Pinkimina is pinkie bastardized self after trolls got to her. They made her so many different kinds of insane she looped back to sanity, and her self schismed into the canon pinkie and Pinkamina, the troll slayer!

i think people just generally make that character the oppoiste. i know one artist that made Maud go to the poison joke to help her express emotion. seeing as how the effect on her made her sing and dance. oh flick looks like he's in pain but i can't tell! i wonder about Jitter now if she came across it

the poison stats have the basis in the common skills (im not sure if affects actiture until they eat the poison joke): in the less way only affects lighty (voice or some minor details as horn) and in the worse case, the stats is changed severly (inverted wings, size change)
