Yeah, if Godzilla ever had a humanoid form, I would probably expect him to be quite bulky and ripped along the lines of this picture.
It reminds me of a character I wrote some time ago for a fic, and I described him as a (quoting here) "the hybrid offspring of Charizard and Godzilla in steroids." XD
