Well, I DO admit that Cesar does have mild mental problems, I suspect he had ADD considering how easily he got distracted or forgetting his brother sometimes I shouldn't take others thought about him personal but sometimes it's a bit too offensive, we people with disorder problem are struggling to keep out sanity And it seems Cesar's source of sanity is Rex thanks for liking it! I think I should continue making something like this again

at first I planned to make a serial of them, with comparison today (this pic was planned with Cesar holding timer while Rex run passed him with 'Rex Ride' like...a start and end) but I had no time to make em...jobs and stuffs.
