If your brother is turning into incurable mutated EVO would you:a. Put him on “The Hold” and goes emo for losing your only family.
b. Beg on your knees to Dr. Moses for cure.
c. Make him your pet until Providence found the cure.
...and I would choose the 'c' option (sorry real life bro)
I really have no idea what I'm doing here...seriously I think I'm so stressed that I draw something like this.
I think I need more practice in monsters (rarely draw monsters) So those who are monster expert feel free to give constructive criticism

this is very cute, I especially like the one where he licks rex, and the one where Rex is reading a book. I don't imagine Rex reads books very often.
looking at the comment below which mentions Ceasar being "evil", I think this is a very good metaphore for that. In the show about Peter Mechum, Peter asks Rex why he would be willing to help Peter Mechum, and Rex says something like "people are people no matter how messed up they are" ...it is that respect for all human beings that makes Rex such a great guy. I think your concept for this picture sort of captures that.

Ah thank you. Sorry for the late answer. I like that part too, the one with licking Rex. Although it made me think that it'll probably messed up so bad if Caesar return to normal at the exact moment! 
I really loved your analogy and your deep way of thinking jadis. Though truthfully, I just draw this for fun. Come to think of it I kinda wished that Caesar is turned into EVO so he will loose his logic mind 8D

oh yeah..obviously, he would read a comic or something, not a real book....lol. actually we know he reads comics because he made a comment about how people fight together in comics to VK, like "back to back, haven't you ever read a comic book?"

Awwwwwww! This is great! I'm sad that Caesar went kinda evil in the new episode, though. But I bet that he'll go good again! I love Caesar's EVO design in this drawing? Is this digital art or with pencil and oil pastel or something?

Caesar isn't just 'plain' evil in that episode see... He became inhumane, but that's possible and predictable considering Rex has been missing for 6 months. Though the term controlling EVO is sort of understandable since 'the cure' is missing. His mistake is probably attempt it on Rex. I don't expect him to became good again though
