If your brother is turning into incurable mutated EVO would you:a. Put him on “The Hold” and goes emo for losing your only family.
b. Beg on your knees to Dr. Moses for cure.
c. Make him your pet until Providence found the cure.
...and I would choose the 'c' option (sorry real life bro)
I really have no idea what I'm doing here...seriously I think I'm so stressed that I draw something like this.
I think I need more practice in monsters (rarely draw monsters) So those who are monster expert feel free to give constructive criticism

You know, I've noticed that all the EVO Caesars I've seen have just about everything in common; antler-like horns, spiked tail, green and yellow fur - basically looking like some sort of dragon.
