Sir Reginald was ~Calron 's answer to the question of how your average adventurer is able to identify and instantly master the use of any magical item, armour or weaponry they stumble across. His main purpose is to point out said magical items to the group, drop in snide comments or hassle the PCs when they fail embarrassingly, and also as a handy deus ex device as will be shown to be useful later.
