Description
First, I'm sorry for not replying to messages often enough. A lot has happened resonantly so I'm under a lot of stress. This peace is a result of me venting stress.Resonantly some thing happened that was really, really dumb. I couldn't do any thing to stop it because the cops were involved. There is no Justis in intimidation! Justis is not achieved by force!
There is a lot more to the reason but the point is I desire a revolution in America. I desire the end of corporate rule in America. I desire the end of tyranny for a supposed just chose. I desire the rights given to us by our for fathers.
Now an explanation to the meaning of this peace:
The burnt flag represents the end of the current rule in this country. The blood and bruises depressant the fact that a revolution maybe imposable with out force. I'll leave the rest up to your imagination.

Love! this is a great piece that is full of symbolism. the main thing that bugs me just a bit is the flag itself looks stuffed in his mouth but the cheeks don't look full, it just looks like he might have a small piece of it in his teeth. Other than that I can see so much from it. like america's home grown beliefs being shoved down the throats of the people fighting for it to begin with and the flags red stripes being made out of blood makes great representation of the struggle that is to come of it. Over all brilliant work thank you for sharing!!

Also, The art is beautiful, it really makes you think. I've been wanting to do something like this for the NA brothers, but I don't think I could capture it anywhere near this nicely.

I think I'm one of the only people I will ever meet to defend the USA.
Not to say that it doesn't need these changes because it does. But really, it takes a stupid leader to do something stupid, and...needless to say, they've had a couple of stupid leaders.
But mostly everything they have done was started with good intentions, it just blew up in their faces halfway through and by that time, the good intentions are lost and even if they're not, no one cares about them anymore because of how badly they fucked up and kept going.
I think the US's main problem, is that they do always have these good intentions and it's true what they say, the road to hell is paved with them, and they just don't know when it's time to give up and give in.
It just bugs me that even though they screw up all the time, they still jump at the chance to help, and when they need help more than they ever have, there's no one there for them and the world still calls them stupid.
Now, I don't agree with a lot of things they've done, but I hope you understand my point of view.
Anyway, as for the ruling, I think they need to take some of the individual power from the states, and start running the country as a whole, instead of each state separately as a union, even though that's what they are.
But that's just my opinion -I'm from Canada though, so even though I know a lot about the US (probably too much for my own good), I don't experience it everyday.

I do agree with you. I don't hate Obama I think that he started things like the health care bill with good intentions. Its just there are a lot of people with money and power that are afraid of change, that keep him from doing good. Bush on the other hand started the war in Iraq for oil and used "Helping others" as a cover for it. I think that we need to do away with the two party system, It divides the people. I agree that there are things that should not be left to the individual states, but the people of America fear that if we give are government more power then we'll become a socialist country.

Obama is only trying to do what is best for the country -and in turn, the world-, and while he should have the power to put his foot down and say "This is the way we're going to do things." the two-party system makes things so difficult that he can't.
When it comes to the mistakes they've made -like I said before- the US has had a couple of stupid leaders, and it takes a stupid leader to do something stupid. The fact remains though, most everything they've done (not everything, but most things) was started with good intentions.
But it's not like they're the only country to do something stupid. I mean, Britain started the Native Genocide after discovering the land because they truly thought it was for the best. They had good intentions as well, even though it was a horrible thing to do. They were simply trying to protect their people. Which wasn't really needed, but they didn't know that.
I think that people ignore their own country's mistakes in favour of pointing out America's. People joke about the "Blame Canada!" thing, but when something goes wrong, everyone finds a way to blame the USA.
The US is afraid of a lot of things, losing control and the whole power thing being just two of these many things.
But if they don't face these fears and move forward, they're going to keep falling apart, and I'm not going to lie, from what I've seen, they have been for a long time.
They need to smarten up because even the little decisions affect us up here in Canada and when they fall to pieces, we will too.
The difference is, Canada will be able to get up a lot faster (even though we currently have our own version of George Bush for a Prime Minister).
And then there's how our combined economy affects the rest of the world.

I just don't think the US is bad, they've just gotten off track a few times, and it got them in trouble.
But they're still a young country and it takes time to learn from these mistakes -even if it seems to take forever.

I get what you saying but this country is of track by a lot. Like 6 trillion dollars of track and it makes leaving here hard. When you are born in to a poor family then there is little chance of getting ahead.

Trust me, I know what it's like being born into a poor family. Canada's not doing so hot about now, either and we haven't been for a long time.
It's not so much the debt I'm talking about though, but the wars and everything as well.
They screwed up pretty bad with the debt. It's going to take years and years to pay off. I never said it wasn't stupid, and I'm going to be honest -half the wars they fought were pretty damn stupid as well. But they're going to fix the debt whether it takes that time to pay off or not -it's something they know they have to do or the world economy is going to crash and they've dug their hole deep enough as it is.
But like I said, they're still a young country and they got off track, which I don't think people realize just how easy that is to accomplish today.
I also don't think people realize that bashing the US is not going to make matters any better.

Because I like what it represents and I always like the way torn or burnt fabric looks and I think you did a great job repricating that. Also, I love how you took a normally funny character and created another side of him. Alfred is always so bouncy and full of life and has that "I'M THE HERO!" attitude. His sadness really makes you think what this country is coming to. I love the background with a flag of rugid lines. It's im-perfect. The lines, I mean. He looks sorrowfull and I just think you did a really good job of doing it. I would never think of him as a sad person, but in a perspective if Alfred was a real person I think he would be upset in today's world. I just really, really like it.

I dont like to say this but things are going down hill fast for us the USA. It just one bad choice after another. Two wrongs doesnt make a right. This is just how sad how the government is running things. wasting money, Helping out those who dont really need help while leaving the rest who do need help out to fend for themselves. Like this bill they are trying to pass. Cutting off Military Vetrents who had fought and bleed for this country from much needed support, Sociel Security for ppl who had work for all there live. Its bad enough for ppl on Social Security they can barely buy the medicine they need. This is just sorry. The do one things that they believe would help the problem but in fact just make it worse. One of the issues for the way the economy is too many ppl aint working and two reasons I see to that is. Immigrants and Welfare. I dont have a problem with Immigrants working its just that to many big companies hire then for cheap works and for the Welfare. There is far to many ppl who are taking advantage of it. I mean i know there are ppl out there that need Welfare but there are far too many ppl who get it and really dont need it. They are able to work and get a job but dont because they get the Welfare Check and see no reasons to work while the government is giving them free money. i dont mean cutting ppl off completely but start giving limits on how to get it and a time limit for those who can work instead of continuing giving them the money in hopes they get a job.

I agree with you. My mother is on Social Security, she is 59 and has worked sens she was 13. she can barley walk because of here knees. Yet the gov wants to take away her Social Security because my dad got a raise at work and still barley makes enough to take care of just the three of us.
Here is ware I see the problem lies; Wal-mart. The big corporations have control of our government. The large corporations kill local businesses well they preach about more jobs. Yet they send our factory to china ware they pay Chinese workers pennies for the hour and import poorly made products.

Yes that is also another problem. Big Corporations. The had said they made laws that prevent monopoly but i still see this happening still. This laws they passed doesnt help anyone but themselves.
