I think with art there really isn't a 'fair price' for your work, especially so in a place like Deviant art. You just have to find a balance between how many people will be interested and how much you want to get paid/how low you are willing to work for. Normally my guideline would be don't work for less than minimum wage, but then it is harder with Fine Art because you generally get faster as you get better.
For something this detailed, and from what I have seen of other artists, I think ~$30 would be on the low side, and perhaps a good starting point? It is as I tell people in the kitchen I work in: do what seems right, and it probably is.

absolutely beautiful! i love the expression and the line work and shading. Keep on spreading beauty! and it's probably i'd say at least 24 depending on size of the piece and amount of time
