Really great growth of style and form! Both have various things I like, The original looks more ready to be animated while this looks more like an art piece found in a manor.
You could combine the two into a great animation where the old version is the main character and this is a picture of themselves that is used for something or could be a focus point.
I would say that it is amazing how far you've come, But each have their own value and are great!
Btw Love the misty like gleam on the character like she's sitting in light!
