Description Now that I have the tree bark finished I used the epoxy putty on the roof. I sculpted a few leaves as well as some shingles, the tin foil is used to keep the putty from sticking to the base as well as giving the roof some structure to be able to create an overhang so you won't see the seam between the tree trunk and the roof. The top needs to be removable so the bird seed can be replaced and the interior can be washed out. I also cut a small piece of plywood for the front door and sculpted some putty over it to look like old rotten wooden boards. The chimney is carved out of 10 pound density urethane foam and hot glued on, I will then sculpt some more shingles around it which will strengthen it and adhere it to the piece.
