Those guys were so badass! They created the banking system and provided healthcare and protection to people. Too bad King Philip IV of France and Pope Clement V betrayed them for their wealth and destroyed their order.

the fact that their helmets, swords and tunics all bear resemblance to the Cross of Christ just shows us how devoted they were...I don't like either how Assassin's creed depicts them...but hey that's fiction NOT REAL HISTORY! great artwork btw

The image captures the feeling of nobility you see knights. The Knights Templar a great order of knights however it horrible that their demonized by the assassin's creed franchise.

Thanks, I agree. Assasins Creed is a good game with a very good plot but templars shouldn't have been treated like the bad guys. I like more the plot of Eizo Auditore's adventures with real villains as the Borgia family.

If you thought that was bad you should've seen what they did in AC; Reverlations they actully potrayed the Byzantines as evil and Mumluks as good. That makes me question the writers intent.
