Do Skeletots have a set size?

Oh yeah, Skeletots are small compared to people--they do range in size depending on age/build/etc. but the general range is approximately 2-3 feet tall for fully grown Tots!

is it possible for a Skeletot to switch between bipedal and quadrupedal?

While the species itself doesn't normally switch between the 2 types it is possible to switch a Skeletot from one type to the other if you ever change your mind later on!
