Description
With the very first week of Wynsiph's Bug Camp starting off, many groups of anxious Wyngling campers and adult supervisors were tasked with the removal of the slimy, slippery webs Zipslimers were infamously known to leave around Wyngrew's houses. Zipslimers use their wet webs as transportation (hence their name), but they are anything but useful around the house--they often form mold and rot wood due to their dampness, and rotting wood and mold is always a problem.

Remix, always looking for a good time (and literally anyone to "hang" with), was eager to accept the job of being a chaperone to three Wynglings--to her, it was the best of both worlds: the opportunity of actually being an adult and a great activity kids get to do! That's fun!

Her and three younger gro were heading back into the forest they came from to relocate the slippery spiders and their webs, since squashing any critters was strictly forbidden under all circumstances. As they traveled through a small village, carrying sticks with wads of Zipslimer webs, Remix heard a mild, but deep sigh behind her.

"Are we there yet??" Asked the orange Wyngling, Nub, as he carried a small blue insect in one of his claws. "We aren't even out of the village yet, dude!" A red wyngling named Brick chimed in. Remix stopped walking and spun around on her heel to face the children, lowkey not amused by the complaints made; "Aww, c'mon you guys. Lighten up, we'll be there in no time!"

"But it's gonna be a loong walk...it's like a chooore!" Nub said, putting extra emphasis on the word "chore". Another lighter red Wyngling began to speak behind him: "Taking care of the Zipslimers is fun, not a chore!" She explained, her speech slightly muffled due to the stick she had in her mouth. "Uhh...Taki, you got a hitchhiker on your leg, ya know..." Brick pointed out to the light red wyngling, who became wrapped around a Zipslimer's wad of sticky webs, completely unaware that the wad should be on the stick. "Ah! Hey, get off!" Taki mumbled, trying to kick off the webs while also being as gentle as possible, careful not to accidentally step on the critter while there were witnesses around.

Pretending to be unaware of the potental chaos behind her, Remix kneeled down to examine the bug Nub was holding. "Just think of how happy this little guy will be once he's out of some musty ol' house and into the forest!" She explained. A blue gro watching the campers from his window responded to her remark about his house--"Hey, my house is NOT musty!".

"Ahaha, I mean...not your house! Someone else's house..." the grey Wyngro coyly responded before turning her focus back to Nub. "Anyway, these...these...Zip...Zipline...uhhh..." She began to say, looking at some writing on her hand. "ZIPSLIMERS, are kinda cute!" Nub examined the insect he was holding: "Weeell, they're cute, I guess. And yeah, it's probably better for them to be outside than in some guy's dusty house!" He agreed. The blue Wyngro heard that subtle insult as well and sighed. "Musty AND dusty?? But I swept the floor..."

"Yeah! I can't do anything about the long walk back, but it's a nice day anyway! I think we'll survive." Remix said, winking at the orange Wyngling and standing up. She was about to continue walking when she remembered there were two more kids she turned her back to.

"Is it off? Is it??" Taki asked Brick as she looked on her leg, the both of them mysteriously covered head-to-toe in the silvery threads--turning a blind eye to the situation caused it to escalate quietly, but very quickly. Laughing at him and Taki's misfortune, Brick answered her question, chuckling as he spoke: "Hahaha, I don't think so! There's a web on your face!"
Remix swiftly walked over to the two red children, asking them to stay still as the blue Wyngro laughed and walked away from his window--and hopefully to a broom.
