Under Milk Wood Project

This is a piece as part of the project at uni based on Under Milk Wood, a play by Dylan Thomas [link] We had free reign to do what we wanted, and as the play is so long, I decided to pin point some characters and ideas that I particularly liked and make a collection of small frames and canvases and hang them together.

Hanging Triptych - Willy Nilly

Willy Nilly is the town's postman who delivers the post in his sleep. I matched the shape of these panels and certain elements of the design to the Captain Cat triptych, as they will be hanging opposite each other so it gives a balance to the final composition. I collaged envelopes, stamps and other post paraphanalia in this piece.
