You could try:
Right click on the image, and click play
Check to see if Adobe Flash Player is installed and working properly
Try using a different web browser 
Reboot your computer

If it still doesn't work, let me know, and I'll try to find other solutions

Oh, that makes sense. XD Phones don't usually support Flash Player.
