Pencil: [link]So I'm a strong believer in the theory that Holy Roman Empire grew up to be Germany, as that's one way history could be interpreted, the other way being that Holy Roman Empire died and Germany was born afterward.
Anyways, yeah. HRE/Chibitalia and Germany/N. Italy are two of my three favorite pairings in the series, my third being US/UK.
