This drawing took longer than I thought... must have been the background XDIris and Benga (Banjirou, Alder's grandson) from Pokemon Black and White 2
Both of these young trainers are, surpisingly, VERY strong. Benga battles with a legendary and pseudo legendary pokemon, and it's expected for Iris to be strong since she is Champion.
The name of this pairing is Dragonheartshipping
I'm looking forward to playing B2W2 in English
