The main protagonist of FloodRush
Commander Flood.

Flood's destiny lead him to GDI as he was sent on a mission to save his master "The Overlord" from the nightmare of the void. He asked GDI for their help however they would only gain his trust if he helped him with the upcoming war with NOD, Flood happily accepted.
Before Flood could be sent to the battlefields of the war he was tested to gain the GDI councils trust. He was assigned with a mission to hunt down a wanted criminal named "Tech Priest" and was provided with a GDI company which had been Disavowed. Delta company.
Flood was their only hope for redemption and to be accepted back into GDI's armies, they vowed to fight alongside Flood as long as he had faith in them.

Halfway during their operation Flood realised he was unable to cover his weaknesses and requested to form a special operations team which would strengthen his abilities in combat, leading him to recruiting a small group of Elite Veterans. Finally after capturing the wanted criminal he helped redeem Delta Companies reputation and lead them deep into the war. Becoming a Hero in the eyes of Millions.
