Whisper Glass-Gallagher is a ghostly genie with pale skin and fluffy blue hair and either a tail or a ghostly lower half, he can change between these forms as he chooses, but prefers terrestrial forme. The tribal black mask around his eyes is a mark of his status as a wish granter. He’s over 200 years old, and he was killed when he was around 25 years old by axe to the throat. He’s bisexual, although he’s never been in a serious relationship with a woman, he was strategically engaged to Violet DuPont before she killed him on the night before their wedding, she inherited no money or property. Whisper feels no pain, no anger, nor malice. There was nothing, really, he was scared and now he isnt. He has a husband and a child, but i dont bring them into non-canon role plays usually, for the most part, Whisper is very happy and often reserved. Once he gets comfortable with you, he wont hesitate to correct you and make you feel like a goober. But he does it lovingly and he has a good heart. He’s pretty short, about 5 foot, but he often levitates to make himself feel larger when threatened, and his head floats a bit above his neck. He’s plus sized and proud, he occasionally jokes about it, but he’s actually very secure and strong, he can lift over 100 pounds, which isnt that much but for someone his height and for the fact that he’s a ghost it’s pretty impressive. He is cold to the touch, and upon his entering, the room may become easily cold and hazy. He’s incredibly powerful and can put humans and angels alike to sleep with just a touch. Luckily, he’s incapable of hurting anybody, besides he has no reason to. But dont be afraid, if Whisper trusts you, his touch will be only warm and soft. He wears comfortable yet formal outfits, a suit and stockings are his favorite, but on some occasions, he wears a cozy sweater and shorts. (I didnt add the different outfits yet cuz i got like two hours of sleep last night). Whisper’s favorite foods are tea and ice cream, but he also loves cake(he has a bit of a sweet tooth) and hot soup. Rabbit pie made by his husband is a delicacy he takes advantage of. He loves to cook, and he’s pretty good at it, still learning though. He likes to clean and organize and his space will be nothing but tidy and well placed. He struggles slightly with his autism, sometimes becoming overstimulated and upset. He doesnt often have meltdowns, but they happen every few months, he’s sensitive to sounds and textures, that’s why he wears gloves, he cant have his hands being wet or slimy, and he doesnt like to wear shoes. He gets stressed out about things touching his shoulders as well, so instead of sleeves he has more like a vest and long gloves. Some exceptions can be made, and he’s working on it, but if he’s just at home he’ll be dressed comfortably and casually. He lives in a cabin deep in the woods, but he doesnt mind going into town. His love of nature and flowers inspires him and he expresses his special interests by gardening and lawn scaping. He also loves animals, most of them at least, the demons of the forest let out noises too shrill for him to handle, but moth woodland critters are his friends and he sometimes feeds them scraps. He has a pet moth cryptid named Kaiba, who lives in a fenced off area in his backyard. Whisper rescued him when he was a baby and nursed him back too health, and soon he was a happy and very energetic little fuzzball.he grew fast and slender and strong, and now he’s almost a foot taller than Whisper when he stands on his hind legs. He’s incredibly agile and muscular, but he never breaks off his chain. Whisper lets him out of his pen to explore each day, and his territory reaches all the way to the river. He is loyal and waits for Whisper’s command to attack. After his prowl he brings back fish and dirt chickens for his master. Whisper previously enjoyed sleeping in, but since his child was born he usually gets up early to care for him. The young child stays safely tucked under Whisper’s tail since he doesnt have wings, and Whisper sometimes forgets tiny Silenss is there and goes to look for him. Whisper loves listening to music while he works outside in the garden or in the kitchen, he was a fan of classical, But since his partner introduced him to modern artists, he has loved FoB and Panic! At the Disco(cant agree with him on that one). His um… private parts are like purple idk, he’s a ghost, im weird. Hi.

Now im gonna answer some questions i often get about this character because im tired of having the same conversations over and over

Q: why is Whisper a girl?
A: he’s not, he does have a larger and curvier body type though, he’s very much still a boy, but i have been researching character designs for a while and i know that to portray a round, bubbly character, it’s better to give them those soft curves and round edges because it expressed his huggable, cute nature.

Q: is he an inkling?
A: no, I’ve got this a ton lately, no, he’s not, but i can see where you’re coming from with the mask and the pointy ears but he’s actually a lamp genie

Q: where’s his lamp?
A: he’s actually a free genie, he doesnt need to stay in the lamp, his husband freed him when they first met :0

Q: can he eat?
A: yes, he can eat and drink, i can also see where this question comes from with his head being cut off and all, but he can have it stick more to his neck when he eats, but he’s dumb and forgets to do that sometimes so he spills tea all over his white shirt XP

Q: is he the mother or the father of his kid?
A: i guess a few people have wanted to know this, truth is you can decide that for yourself. Tbh, originally, his kid was just like a broken off part of him that fused with the feelings of his partner and created a Nobody(look it up it’s from Kingdom Hearts)

Q: why’s he gay?
A: *shrugs*

Q: are you so totally done drawing and writing for the rest of your life but you’ll probably get a random spurt of inspo tomorrow and be forced to finish your art?
