I think that they probably loved each others for a long time without realizing it ! Joyce said to Max that Chloe always speaks about Max to Rachel, she couldn't stop. I think that seeing each others after all this time helped her to see it, even though Chloe has feeling for Rachel too, she had to bury them for her, that's my point of view!

Oh no I don't think Rachel had feelings for Chloe, I think she only see her as a best friend but Chloe obviously had feelings for Rachel for a while no? I don't know if Rachel loved Frank though I LOVE this ship so much! She said in a letter for Chloe that she was in love with Jefferson (she didn't clearly say his name but still was talking about him), a lot say that Rachel only dated Frank for the drugs... Dunno what to think about that ><
I don't know for Chloe, bisexual or pansexual, for sure, just look to the posters in her room and the porn she had in magazine near her bed...
