the WIP marth that im trying to finish on photoshop...this is taking forever and i still need to edit his face ..well i just want to post up what i have so far so you guys can tell me how im doing with this..so far
personally i dont really like it much =[yes RAZ HAHAHA I STILL NEED TO "FIX" HIS BODY SOME MORE
and if anyone could tell me how to get smoother lines i will love you forever
!!! any photoshop help will be very much appreciated

This WIP is great so far. I like Marths expression. Uhm if you're still stucking with this one, I would saw too, that you should try the blur tool.

you could zoom in and out and erase some extra pixels or use the pen tool.
the coloring doesn't look too bad but i would add some more darker shades to his face.

Smoother lines? uuuuh.....it looks pretty smooth to me. But you can try blurring it a little, and I mean only a really tiny bit so it smooths it out.

Um... Dodge tool, burn tool... smudge? That's all I use. 
Smoother lines? I use eraser ^^" Try the smudge tool, maybe that will work..
