Considering I write the dialgoue for this comic, I feel like I should explain what the dragoness meant.
Date Prisa held the belief that because Blue was young and inexperienced, she was an idiot. Because Date Prisa relies on her strength, that mentality backfired on her. "You underestimated her intelligence" does not imply that Blue is a genius, it's exactly what it says; Date Prisa underestimated Blue's ability to solve problems and escape from traps.
