I saw this awesome rendition of Darkseid by Philip Tan [link] here on dA and thought Id try my hand at inking it.

I had a real blast inking this up. So much so that I'd consider doing purely ink work if I was working with someone as good as Philip! There are a few things that I want to fix (especially the background so Ill update that when I can)

This was done entirely digitally in photoshop using my cintiq. Also, there was a certain amount of improvisation on my part with the hatching as the pencils scan was relatively small.

4-5 hrs work.
