Soviet is a young mouse who's well known for his bazaar powers. He is able to break reality due to his E.P.; which allows him to bring stuff from his dreams and imagination to life. Despite being 23, he is seen as a 'Crazy Mad Child Scientist' as he could be childish at one point before becoming extremely smart at the next. In fact, his greatest weapon is his major in Psychology and Mental Warfare.

He is know to speak very fast and broken to the point that people won't understand him. He also have lost an arm and leg; replace which metallic prosthetics. He seems to be related to a certain mouse.
