Recently I watched all the LOTR movies with my friend ~grindilow and it reminded me of just how much I love Aragorn.
Naturally I had to paint a portrait oh him (perfect excuse to stare at his face for a couple of hours) and I really loved the atmosphere in the reference photo. It looked so peaceful and Aragorn seemed to be filled with such a quiet happiness - I do hope I managed to capture some of that.

Die Farben und hell-dunkel-Kontraste machen es perfekt - es gefΓ€llt mir, dass man die "Pinselstriche" noch sieht.
