It's meant to be Rikku from ffx-2. I found a picture on google, of a favourite character, and thought i'd try to copy the picture, fairly happy with the result . Though i think i messed up the background hair. If you find a problem with my submiting it/how i've submited it then please say and i will try to fix. Please note that i only copied a small reference picture.
