Hey hey, how's it been? Lodi here with a long overdue update to the comic.

It's been what, a year and a half? I'm sorry for that, really. Plenty of (very good) real life stuff happened and while I still had time to draw, I just didn't have the motivation to work on it anymore. To many questions, too many "is it even worth it, does anyone care, are you even able to do it in the first place?", so I stopped completely, and spent that entire timespan debating on whether I should give up for good, or get back to it.

Well I made my decision, and it's to work on it again. During that time I still wrote a lot, fleshed out the lore and these characters, because I just love them. So I'm getting back to it, I'll finish this comic, however long it takes, but with two major differences.

The first is that I won't try to get updates regularly, I'll work on it when I feel like it. Waiting for the moment when I'd miraculously have time again yielded no results, so instead I should just work on it when possible, and get pages done when possible. No more "next page will come out faster" promises, lying to myself and everyone else only made me feel worse for not keeping my word. Besides, I got more experience making comics now, so I genuinely think I'll be able to get them out at a reasonable pace, we'll see.

Second difference is that I will no longer be posting on DA, for a couple reasons. Main one being that I simply have too many places to post art on, and with a large part of my art being nsfw, I constantly had to sort my stuff between sfw and nsfw platforms. It gets old quick, so I now post everything on my twitter, FA and Mastodon. DA just doesn't offer anything extra, while being more limiting in what I can post there.
Furthermore, I remember the whole AI stuff. DA doesn't care about artists, and I don't want to do business with them. Go suck a cactus and count the needles.

So that'll be my last post here, the comic will get updates on other platforms from now on. Maybe I'll post the whole thing on e6 or something.
