(perfect size ratio for your iPod touch wallpaper)

.SVG file can be opened in inkscape so you can change the name and other text to whatever you like.
Then export the bitmap (.PNG).
Just export it as is and use GIMP or something to scale it to a smaller size if needed (iPod = 960 x 640 you may need to rotate it 90 degrees for iPod wallpaper, can use iRotate Photo app for this).
If you move all apps save one (I use Noggles 'cause it's a dark green) off the first screen page you'll be able to see it much better.
