He commited suicide soon after with a poisoned apple. Trust your government. It only wants what's best for you. I've been off antidepressants for five weeks and it's only slightly more of a hell then when I'm on them, which I will be soon, because why not? It beats feeling anything. But be strong. It beats being anything else.

I find that a good antidepressant doesn't mess with your head, it just makes it harder to get into a depressive headspace. Zoloft/sertraline works well for me, so if you're on something different and it's giving you bad side effects maybe ask to try that.

anti-depressants take time to adjust to, give it a few months at least. There's also so many kinds, so talk about any side effects you dont like with your doctor and he/she may have a different medication or a different dosage for you to try

Anti-depressants are good. They tip the scales a little way back in your favour. But the first few weeks are very tiring and full of ups and downs. Once you've got through the acclimatisation period, you'll be glad you did.
