This is so great! Discord is my favorite antagonist. He's not really a villain, since he doesn't do anything to harm anyone. He pulls a lot of pranks, much like Q, but if the most "evil" thing you do is make chocolate rain from cotton candy clouds, how bad can you be? True, he did screw up their personalities, but that was necessary to disrupt the EoH, and it didn't hurt them.
Personally, I think it would have been funnier if Fluttershy had been in Dashie's place (with the same reaction). It always bothers me that the rainbow colored tomboy is often depicted as the gay one. Could that be any more stereotypical? I'm wondering if maybe Fluttershy's shyness is partly because she's hiding in the closet.
You managed to really capture them in this series. Discord especially just jumps off the page, you can practically hear his voice.

It's a joke from Star trek Next Generation. Discord who is played by John De Lancie also played Q a very similar over powered being who likes to wreck havic everywhere. At one point Q, while 'thanking' the crew members, makes two girls appear next to William Riker, who would match up closest to Applejack, he ignores them so Q moves them to Worf, the security guard who is aggressive like Rainbow Dash. In the show Worf tried to ignore them but it's obvious that he's enjoying the attention. That's where Rainbow Dash's reaction comes from.

Some ships I understand but others pass right over me. I tolerate them but don't necessarily support them. And you know how people call Celstia a troll. Discord is one too. When they enter the maze from an overhead shot you can see that the bushes for the letter Q in the corner.

Yeah Discord is probably my favorite villain. And that's funny because I go back and forth on whether I like Q or not. I definitely cheered when Sisko punched him in the face. And then what Q said afterwards makes it even better. "You hit me. Picard never hit me." My favorite Q quote ever.
