- Dense: He can never get a hint no matter how obvious it is. If you want him gone, you've got to tell it to his face straight on or he'll never get it.
- Cheerful: He's often seen smiling or even in a daze. Even after being yelled at or scolded, he'd still be smiling, or at least happy.
- Committed: If he wants something, he'd go out of his way to do so. Although this doesn't mean that he's focused at what he does.
- Blunt: He doesn't find the need to spare others feelings although in most cases he doesn't have to. But if there is something on his mind, he's not afraid to say so.
- Absent-minded: He doesn't have much going on in his head. He barely has any common sense and it takes him a while to process things.

History:
There isn't much to say about Willem's life as it isn't at all dramatic or tragic. Although his mother died when he was still very young, it never really bothered him at all. He did miss her a lot but this did not at all lead to some kind of psychological problem.

Growing up, he was raised in a household filled with only boys which consisted of his father, himself, and his many younger brothers that his father had decided to adopt after the loss of his bride. But because of this, his father had to work extra hard to keep the family going which meant him leaving the house a whole lot which was why Willem was the one to take care of them all when his father was out working. Although this doesn't at all mean that he is mature. Managing his brothers did enhance his nurturing skills like knowing what to do when they cry or cleaning after them, but he wasn't taught by anyone how to act. Although he does have common decency (most times).

As his brothers grew older and could fend for themselves back at home, he decided to take up a job in the daycare to help his father keep their family living well and healthy.
