(Forgive the terrible writing this is horribly old)

thunderlane and rainbowdash trotted back through the crowd of ponies. they were returning to their other halves from ordering some drinks, they had managed to get twilight, rarity, flash and spike to look after their children while they went out for the night.
their lovers were now in their sight, but as they got closer, the two were closing her eyes and leaning in, what where they thinking?
the blue mare and grey stallion froze, as their partners touched, rainbowdash felt her eyes fill with hot tears, she could see thunderlane tense with rage.
"s-soarin" she managed to choke out the words, the two looked at each other, then their lovers
"d-dashie! I-I'm so sorry, we didn't mean it!"
thunderlane leaped through the air and grabbed soarin by the throat "you bastard!" he yowled, "you- you- you monster!" he began pummelling the blue stallion in the face.
cloudchaser yelled at her husband to get off him, trying to pull him off, but he just shook her off.
rainbowdash couldn't watch anymore, she fled from the room, breathing heavily. she ran as fast as she could to twilights castle.
she burst into the castle, tears streaming down her face as she stood in the hallway.
"rainbow!" twilight flared her wings and ran over to her friend.
rarity looked up from her daughter"rainbow what happened?"
the Pegasus couldn't contain herself as she pulled her into an embrace, she howled with sorrow.
"soarin and cloudchaser!"
"what happened? what did they do?"
"I-I saw them kissing"
skystorm straightened and turned his attention from his daring do novel onto them, "WHAT?"
flash stood behind him and put his wing around him "maybe you should come into the other room with me"
"NO, WHATEVER HE DID, I WANT TO KNOW!"

after calming down a little, rainbowdash recounted the whole story.
"and that's when I came here..." she concluded.
a small knocking came from the front door.
"ill get it" spike insisted. he walked over and turned the handle.
"where is she?" soarin shouldered past spike, his face had been battered by thunderlane "there you are!"
the four ponies and dragon glared at him
"listen I know what I did was wrong, but we had a lot to drink" he continued "please forgive me?"
rainbow looked at her hooves "what you did has broken me. what ever you came for, you're not getting it. now get out."
"d-dashie, please you don't me-"
"I SAID GET OUT!"
