No matter how hard you tie them, they always find a way to untie themselves! And why can't grown-ups have slip-ons, velcro, or ANYTHING that isn't laces? Oh yeah, because they're afraid that people would think they don't know how to tie!What is WRONG with this fucking world?!?! GROWN-UPS NEED any shoes other than laces, and they're afraid they'd get made fun of? The KIDS get to have slip-ons and velcro, but the grown-ups don't? WHY BURY THE GEM, and DIG UP THE TURD? *facepalms*
Whoever thought it'd be a good idea for grown-ups to ONLY have laces, and nothing more, is an asshole! If they at least LISTEN to me and AVGN, NOBODY would have to tie those fuckers anymore!

Well, not necessarily. I mean school was worse (mostly it didn't exist and instead you'd be cleaning horse crap off the streets, and when it did it was barbaric and pointless), and the rivers were full of raw sewerage. There were no decent medical treatments and the only food most people had was a turnip a week.
But it's still not very good today, and with climate change/overpopulation/lack of science and space exploration funding, our world is about to take a turn for the worst.
