This is very cute. The animation is good but the tail goes a little bit fast for the type of movement it's making.
I like the colors you used but the shading is a little bit flat. On top of that, I'm not entirely sure where the light source is. Speaking of which, the tail seems to have the same shading no matter which way it's facing (just mirrored). While this may have been easier to make, it doesn't really work.
The expression and the mouth animation are simply adorable, though it is kind of hard to tell that it's a lollipop.
