Description
One of the possible heraldic poses for tigers (and only tigers) is the "tyger and mirror", where the tiger is looking at a mirror on the ground, based on a variety of stories of people escaping from tigers by dropping a mirror and the tiger getting distracted by its reflection. I don't know why heraldic tigers have pointy snoots, that remains a mystery.
