Nice work, but if you like some suggestions, I got some. First of all for some reason the entire picture blanks for me during each blink (not sure why that is - could be an error in exporting). As for the animation itself, I'd recommend using faster tweens. If you look at the show (or most animated media) the time it takes to move between states is very short. Scoot's blinks (and the expression change for that matter) could easily be animated to twice the speed without sacrificing (and probably improving) quality. If you'd like to make the loop more seamless you could lengthen the time between tweens and transition from the "challenge accepted" face back to normal perhaps with an unsure cock of the head. I'm saying this more from knowledge rather than experience, but I hope it can help anyway.

No idea why the blanks happen to you, here it works ok, and I can make it faster just need to find out what time would be best for it.
