Well, Johnochrome didn't exactly want to tolerate his shit at first when making the second game. But he made so many shitty characters, he couldn't include another shitty character, sadly. So he made a shitty picture of Beaver's grave saying 'R.I.P. Fell in the toilet'. What a shitty death indeed.
