okay so this prolly took about 2 and a half hours to finish because I was too lazy to draw a backgroundYOUR SAVAGE CRITIQUES ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED

digital painting is a pain in the a s s. this looks so nice, i love the lighting with the red and blue colors on each side and the way the shine effect looks on the nose and eyes!

maybe use a color more closer to the bg color for the whiskers and thinner too because then it kinda looks like a cat. Deer whiskers aren't as prominent as in the pic anyway.
The muzzle could be more narrow.
Maybe use shorter strokes for the fur to simulate fur but not too contrasted then it looks like grass.
Give more flow to the fur sticking out and give it al a base to start from so it doesn't look like the hair on a toy with no natural patterns.
Deer have prominent preorbital glands which are indentations before their eyes so next time be aware of these as these definitely bring out the cervine characteristics of a deer.
Deer ears have a romboid shape, the right ear (deer's right) looks alright but the left one seems to have taken the shape of a canine's or some other alike carnivore.
Also take the eyelashes into consideration because that too gives the eyes their form.
The eyes are a little freaky? Maybe because of the way the lighting was done, they need more depth, maybe another off black color among the black?
THIS ACTUALLY KINDA REMINDS ME OF THE FIRST DEER PAINTING I DID WHEN I WAS MUCH YOUNGER.
