Olivia Ruttley was an ex-child actor who had been exploited by her greedy mother who, even after her daughter's passing, took advantage of her death to gain sympathy and money from distraught fans.
Because of this, Olivia was never able to find peace in the afterlife and slowly mutated into a poltergeist, manipulated by her mother's actions.

The name Princess Jubilee refers to her role in the old kids' show Bling-Bling Beauties, where she played said Princess and was loved by the viewers, her mother always said it was the peak of her acting career. In her poltergeist form, she takes on the appearance of Princess Jubilee.
