(first of all, my English is bad English, so please bear with me)
I don't know who is Vira Kan, but Candari is just a medium for me to play (roleplaying), she isn't belong to any anime or cartoon.
too bad the group is written in Indonesia, so you might not understand what is in there.
But there's a lot of elements, just like avatar the airbender. We also should put a lot of local content (fashion should contain something that comes from Indonesia) for the OC we create.
Candari is just one of them... There are a lot of more interesting character inside the group.
I think there's not much special trait in Candari, just the pun for her name and her tendency to combust spontaneously. She's an useless firebender who can't control her power.
