Original piece drawn by AlloyRabbit . A long while back, I asked AlloyRabbit if I could practice my painting/shading with his pony macro/micro drawings and share them on DA, and he provided me with his permission.

I know it's been a long while since I posted any macro/micro images; I've been struggling with this piece for over a year now. Lack of motivation, college, and the spark of motivation that hits me once in a blue moon are the culprits. xD I was debating whether or not to post this WIP, but it's been waaaay too long. So here it is.

This is my first attempt at shading/painting a pony, so I'm sure its pretty bad, lol! For the most part, I haven't really done much painting at all, but I find coloring and shading/detailing ponies and their manes relaxing.

I will be posting more images eventually, whether they be vector-pony images photoshopped into real photographs (PIRL format like I've been doing), or stuff like this (digital art/colorizing drawings).
