[French]Un poney dans une tenue aviateur ! Et oui, même si c'est un pégase, il a besoin d'une tenue chaude pour traverser le ciel aussi loin ^^
Bon, j'espère que le dessin de derrière qui se voit au scanner ne gênera pas trop a la lecture de mes dessins, je l'ai remarqué que maintenant, désolé 'n'

Yeah, and I like old things, like old computer (a friend just sent me an old powermac g5 for my birthday ! ^^) But we both like planes, soo ^^

I do not have the case, but, I have everything else ^^ It arrived last Friday, at 7km from where I live, I'll go take it in 2-3 hours ^^
Now, I'll can experiment on PowerPC CPU, do some experiment with old mac OS, and with the old MorphOS (that mimic Amiga OS), and many many more experiment with linux on it ^^

Okay, so, Mac os can't natively use my phone internet connection, what windows, linux, or bsd can :/
The Ethernet of this mac seem dead
Leopard Rebirth is a great mod for mac os leopard, making it look as the new mac, but the ppc store, with no browser, and mostly no apps (only spotify, and vlc in video and music categories :/) is useless, and I hate these ios like new alert song :/
For the linux part, again, it can't use ethernet (yeah, I'm sure this Ethernet is dead :/), linux distro are all droping support for powerpc, and poswerpc64 (because, it becomes harder and harder to make it working, and it's not so used), and it's true it's difficult to install them, firstly because mac of the mac (Apple make everything they can to forbide this I think, to boot from cd, you have to type "win" + "alt" + o + f, it will let you enter the openfirmware of these mac, then : "dev /aliases .properties" to list all component of the mac, and "boot cd:\,\\tbxi" to boot from cd rom (if it want, or don't open cd drives :/), and then, booting linux is not that easy, it firstly enter in yaboot (a bootloader for powerpc and powerpc64), and you have to type "Live Linux video=offb
Booting linux for the first time is not easy neither, because of radeon gpu (it will eat all his VRAM, then stop working, and so, no screen again) to solve this, I have to uninstall/install some drivers in command line (because it use far less graphics
Then, it's a little easier, but I had to configure alsa mixer (the audio mixer of linux) to make speakers working good '^'
Linux is faster than mac os on many thing, but mac os was faster for booting, and internet video like youtube, on one core, I could compile pretty fast, it was not so far than my laptop, but otherwise, it's running like my newer atom laptop, and it has many problems beacause powermac cpu are counting in reverse (it's big endian, meaning they take the biggest number first, but all pc are little endian, meaning they take the smallest number first, so I had many problems with that)
I could use mac of from linux with qemu and kvm on the powermac, and try many things/emulates some powerpc system thanks to qemu too ^^ But my main computer would run powerpc emulation faster than this power mac :/
