Description
This is the roster I made for the prediction of Super Smash Brothers 5 (I know it's not centered. AGH!!!)
I didn't really choose very carefully, which is why you're looking through this list and thinking "Seriously?"
I tried to go for a Melee style, but I think I failed since the background icon is actually blue, not black.

But, here are my reasonings on all of the newcomers, and the order from left to right, top to bottom.

Yoshi & Baby Mario. (Yoshis Island)
To have an addition of having a character on a character that is famous for being the original 9, you can't say that everyone will be happy about that. They wouldn't have just added Mario for the decoration right? In Yoshi's Island, Mario is actually, honestly..... kinda useless. He doesn't do anything through the game other then when Yoshi gets hurt, he cries, makes a snot bubble, cries. There is also that powerful infant power up (star man) in the game, so what can we do w/ Mario on Yoshi? I would say give him some abilities that the other star children had in Yoshi's Island DS. mainly the triple jump. I don't exactly know what all of the star children do, because I don't know anything about Yoshi's Island DS. But I know Peach has a parasol, DK has vines and stuff, and Wario collects money. >Looks up all the abilities< Okay, for a triple jump, Mario floats him and Yoshi w/ his cape in reference to the powerful infant mode. Next, Mario is the recipient of Infant Peach's parasol, and has the same triple ump as Peach, DK is just like Olimar's, only vines. Wario I can only think of something for Coin Battle, not sure what to do there, and Bowser has a triple jump that's sort of like Charizard's. I'm sure they can think of a way for Mario to have these abilities, along with how you can change to different triple jumps. After 100% Mario goes into his snot bubble and hovers away, and it's just regular, original Yoshi again! Even if you get a maximum tomato you won't get Mario until you die.

King K. Rool. (Donkey Kong Country)
Donkey Kong country, a definite revolution of video gaming thanks to RareWare. King K. Rool is requested a lot because of one of the most needed materials in SSB. More villains. Also, believe Donkey Kong needs another repisentive, because DK and Diddy I think don't fully show what the DKC series is. King K. Rool is a great choice because he doesn't have anything to do with Mario characters. The closest he had was playing baseball with them.
King K. Rool's move set will be a simulation to the final battle of the original DKC. His colors change amongst his skin, and eye color, along with his weapons if necessary I'm aware that there is a hack of him, but it doesn't work very well. From DKC, he has 3 attacks, the one where he flies up on makes all of the cannonballs fall could possibly be his final smash, one that is actually good. His B attack could be, you guessed it! His crown. The running attack could probably be changed, his run A would work just fine. Some other attacks could just be stuff like shooting from his canon gun thing, and firing slamming it towards another person, aiming the gun towards someone would be just like Diddy Kong's in smash, and Yoshi's in his own series. Albeit Rool hasn't been seen in games recently, I still think that this is something Masahiro would do. I would also like Grant Kirkhope to have something to do with SSB5.

Young Link returns! (Legend Of Zelda)
Yes, 3 links, are you kidding me? No. Masahiro would do something like this regardless of what he says, we have 3 Foxs' (Fox Falco Wolf) 3 Marths (Marth Roy Lucina) and 3 Marios (Mario Luigi Dr. Mario) I wouldn't be surprised at all to see this. I also would like to see an actual official battle of Young Link vs. Toon Link.

Clavat. (Final Fantasy: Chrystail Chronicles)
Not many people are aware of FFCC at all that I know of. But a Final Fantasy representive would be the next step for including a character that made Nintendo history. I get why people would want Cloud from Final Fantasy VII, but the crew doesn't need or want to go back to FFVII all the time, I think Shulk and Wii Fit Trainer were added to sort of raise awareness that there's a video game for them, and I would want them to do the same with the Chrystal Chronicles series instead of the main series. The Chrystal Chronicles series is in the modern nintendo era then the main series is. It would be cool to make Clavat over powered, but have the circle boundary around her with a moogle flying in the background with the Myrrh in the Crystal thing. If there was a Crystal Chronicles stage, I wouldn't say something like an epic stage, I kinda want that cliff that you walk up to in your home town (Which you have to name) and also the abandoned mineshaft level, I loved how the ground was, while you were standing on fence. If you fall, you'd probably be dead, but bigger things are on your mind. I prefer the female Clavat over the male because of more female representatives, even though the bigger thing is villains. Also, she is sort of in a way shown more than any other look of any other class. Her final smash could be the background surrounding in darkness except for a spot of light revealing a grassy path towards a Myrrh Tree. She gets it from the moogle in the background, then does the usual when you beat a boss and find the myrrh tree. Once when she does that, the drop of water drops in, with a large image of a close up to the scene, to where the imagery is a large drop of Myrrh that hits anybody on stage if it's close enough. She then runs back toward the stage. Also, the male Clavat would be an alternate costume, like Wii Fit Trainer.

Ridley (Metroid)
Now, Ridley...... throughout the year, I really wanted Ridley in, not only to make fans proud, but to see how they can manage a giant dragon creature to be like Charizard, Bowser, and King DeDeDe combined, while's being middleweight. Now at the end, I have mixed feelings about Ridley being in Smash Bros 5. They tried their best to view him as a character/stage hazard at the same time in Smash Wii U, and it should probably stay that way. However, Ridley is a test of hard thought. Why do they want Ridley? Because he's a dragon and we need a 3rd Metroid character. How big will he be? As huge as he was in the Melee intro. What's his final smash? Meta Ridley. What's his attacks? Hmmmm........ That's where I'm stuck. The Ridley forum on Smash Boards is an agreeable move set, so I don't really need to explain. The only thing I would think be a good idea is to have his original attack from the NES Metroid to be his still B. Just less knock back. His skin color could be different variations of what you would expect. Skin, Wing sails, and maybe even the eyes on one palette. Another problem w/ having Ridley in is that you can imagine who he's going to battle with. He fits less than Snake in my opinion. Seeing a cute yellow electric mouse Pokemon vs a purple dragon that skid his girlfriend across a wall. Yeah, I think logically a mouse would run away. But Ridley would definitely be an approval by fans if they got it right!
