Ey, look at that. My first animation (with Ponies) I've put on the internet.I hope you liked it.

I think it's ok.
The hair, which has the most interesting movement (in my opinion) could use more sway. I don't know exactly what the rig looks like in Cinema 4D, and I've also never used Cinema 4D, so I can't give exact tweaks that could be done to fix the jagged hair movements. What i can say is that it's, well, jagged. The "widdows peak" part at the very top looks like it's controlled by a single bone and rotated twice in opposing directions from either side. To get a smooth transition when in a sway, you may want to have more bones connected sort of like tails for each hair piece. That looks the same for the hair on the side of her head, and with these they would need smoother oscillation from peak to trough in your graph, if you know what I mean. The back tail sort of has what I'm referring to.
The expression on her face could be better. Close the eyes, raise the eyebrows, and then have a smile with her teeth showing. That seems more like pinkie's kind of style. Small things: have small movements on the hooves. Not moving out of position, but perhaps tilting side to side, just to make it feel alive. The ear-swaying is difficult - I honestly wouldn't know how to deal with that. Make them way less exaggerated I guess? That's all I got.
