I have mixed feelings about this one,I sort of just got bored and started cropping
and then i had a few ideas as in wondering.
I dont know if I like it yet or not, undecieded. =]

I luff it flutbut ^^ The only thing is the spelling of answer xP and it might look cool i you added a very faint reflection of the horse in the water to make it look more in place ^^

try using a lower opacity on the scan lines so they don't stick out as much.
(also - answer is spelt incorrectly. hehe)

thanks it took me so long to finally get the main and tail to be semi okay. =] and splashes i love in this picture, and thank you a TON for the critique I thought about that but at the time it just seemed right to leave it but it now looks a ton better. =]

its really great. if i can make a sugestion, since your background has texture to it, try to make the horse have the same texture too, or else he seems to stick out too much, and its obvious you cropped the horse in. just trying to help
